Join a nine-month-long professional learning cohort designed to help your team build sustainable digital accessibility practices across your district or organization. The cohort runs from September 2026 through June 2027 and includes monthly virtual learning sessions, three in-person learning sessions (one per quarter), ongoing support, and practical implementation resources.
Throughout the year, participants will work through a structured implementation plan:
- September: Building Your District's Roadmap
- October (In Person): Accessibility Lab
- November: Accessible PDFs Deep Dive
- December: Building Accessible Content Across All Platforms
- January: Policies, Governance, and Sustainable Practices
- February (In Person): Building Staff Training
- March: Monitoring Progress and Solving Challenges
- April: Creating a Culture of Accessibility Districtwide, Leadership Communication, and Change Management
- June (In Person): Preparing for Long-Term Success and Team Sharing
Session topics may be refined throughout the year to meet the needs of participating organizations.
The cohort investment is $3,200 per organization and includes:
- Monthly virtual learning sessions
- Three on-site collaborative learning sessions
- Weekly office hours for support and coaching
- A structured team learning progression
- Collaboration and networking with peer districts
- Templates, resources, and implementation tools
- Ongoing guidance throughout the school year
