    Thank you for connecting your students with Inspire WI! Please complete this request form so we can support you. This form is designed to capture the details we need to plan your experience. Once submitted, our team will review your request and follow up.

  • Outside of School Event Request Information

    The following questions are required to be completed due to the nature of the event being off of school grounds. This includes Company Showcase Tours, Industry Immersion Events, Teacher In-Service Industry Tours, and Summer Teacher Externships.
  • SELECTING A PREFERRED DATE & TIME

    To make sure our events run smoothly for both schools and employers, we schedule all events at least 4 weeks in advance. This timeline gives everyone the time they need to plan and ensures the event is well-organized and valuable for students.

    Here’s why this matters:

    • Employers need advance notice to adjust their schedules and prepare. 
    • Allow organizers and facilitators time to prepare, making sure materials, logistics, and resources are ready for a smooth event experience.               

    By setting events 4 weeks in advance, we're able to balance school needs with employer availability, which leads to higher-quality experiences for students. 

    We recognize that not everyone’s schedule fits neatly into these times. That’s why we’ve included space for you to suggest a specific start time if one of the listed options doesn’t meet your needs.

  • Transportation Notice

    We’re happy to support the planning and coordination of the event; however, transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the school and/or students. Inspire WI does not provide or arrange transportation.

    If school transportation is not available, students will need to follow the school’s standard permission and approval process for transporting themselves to and from the event. This ensures that all district policies and safety procedures are followed appropriately.

  • Inside School Event Request

    The following questions are required to be completed due to the nature of the event being on school grounds. This includes Career Fairs, Guest Speakers, Mock Interviews, Resume Development Sessions, Resume Review Sessions, Beyond the Interview, Workplace Readiness Sessions, Student Pathway Pop-Ups, and Educator Pathway Pop-Ups.

  • Educator Agreement

    By submitting this request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • A primary school contact will be designated to serve as the main liaison with Inspire WI for this event.
    • Staff will support logistics including transportation (if applicable), chaperoning, and student supervision.
    • Educators will help prepare students by reviewing behavior expectations, dress code, and preparation materials in advance.
    • Students will have access to necessary technology for participation if the event is virtual.
    • The school will assist in gathering post-event student feedback and attendance data to measure impact.
    • Educators will aim to connect the event experience to classroom learning when possible.
    • The school will respond promptly (within 24–48 business hours) to Inspire WI communications regarding scheduling and logistics.
